How do I know which one I would need to use? And the user name/password required, woudl that be the same one I use to normally log into my CQG trader platform?

If you are using Amp + CQG, then you are not using Zen Fire or Rithmic, but CQG. CQG is not supported by MultiCharts .
You can get Amp to switch you to Zen Fire.

MultiCharts .
