does multicharts 7 allow using strategy on data2 and allow put custom spread on scanner?

You can't use data2 in the scanner, only data1. You could potentially stream data into Excel and then make a custom spread and feed it into MultiCharts via DDE to show up as a single stream, which you can then use in the Scanner.
