What does your log say? (File --> New --> Order and Position Tracker Window, and then the Logs tab of the Order and Position Tracker).

I have no trouble connecting to MB Trading UK, so something is going wrong.

How soon do you receive the error message in the log file? If it's almost instantaneous, that would suggest something is wrong with your login credentials (have you double checked your username and password?). If it takes sometime (20 seconds or so), then that might suggest that you have firewall problems.

Do you get real-time data from MB Trading, or do both the TradeBar and real-time data don't work?

Things you can try:
- Log in the website of MB Trading UK with your username and password to check if these are working,
- Temporarily shut down any firewalls,
- Check if you have the latest version of MB Desktop have installed (see this post),
- Make sure you have no NinjaTrader, or another program that might connect to MB Trading at the same time, running. (This includes the MB Desktop program)

Hi Musuk,

You really need to spend more time explaining your problem, because I can't follow you. How do you mean it's a minute late? Is the last update from MB Trading happing at 13:41:00 while your pc clock says it's 13:42:10? Or is the MB Trading data feed slow compared with another data feed? Is the data feed only "delayed" when you use a tick chart?

Btw, I have no delay in the feed (see the pc clock in the right-bottom, and the time of the last update in the top row):

Regards,
