Welcome to

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

Free R Programming Course available

For those who are interested in learning something about R Programming, Coursera is doing a nice neat 1 month course in R Programming starting July 7th.

Link here:

I think it looks pretty interesting. I'm planning on getting my feet wet...

P.S. If you are reading this after July 7th, there are other start dates too.

The Coursera course is great. I took it a while ago.

Another great free resource is the R for Traders course through Loyola which has a lot of nice scripts to experiment with. I'd post a link but I'm too new.

Great course!

Yes, I've done the course. I highly recommend it.

May I add - I've become a great fan of Coursera and have currently adorned my wall with more than 20 verified certificates in varied fields.

The Verified Certificates are amazing value for money (in my personal opinion)!
