AlMaCrossers Indicator (MACD and SMAs)

Hello there,

The AlMaCrossers indicator is my first attempt to build a trading bot. The logic still not finished but the indicator will signal potential entries and exits (I using it on micros and e-mini futures) that one has to assess before taking the real trade.

The indicator takes into account two other indicator types: MACD and SMA.

SMAs are 4, 8, and 15.

The algorithm will (each tick):
1. evaluate if the 4EMA has crossover the 15
2. evaluate if the MACD crossed over the signal
3. evaluate if the MACD histogram is greater than the value (parameter) specified by the user. I made this one flexible because the values vary depending on the instrument.
4. evaluate the steepness of the 4EMA which should be greater than the specified by the user.

I'm working on some other dynamic values to improve accuracy on entries and exists.

Note:
- The indicator won't generate another signal (Long nor short) until the current position is closed!
- The entry (and exit) price s plotted along with a small green (red for shorts) triangle.
- The Exit signal will plot the PnL of the trade.

BloodHound MACD/Keltner 20.5 v2

I was asked to updated the BloodHound MACD/Keltner 20.5 strategy to add a trend filter and a multiple time frame for the trend. The suggestion was for a 21 HMA. So I included a 5 minute chart for that and added it to the strategy. I backtested the strategy in Crude for January 2014 on a 233 tick chart, and it was profitable on that. Dynamic Zone RSI

This indicator combines the overbought and oversold logic of Bollinger Bands and that of the Relative Strength Index. When the RSI line crosses below the upper bollinger band from above, it is a signal to sell. When the RSI line crosses the lower bollinger band from below, it is a signal to buy.

Elder Impulse System Strategy

An implementation of the Elder Impulse trading system. Includes support for a second, higher time frame period for determining trend and momentum. The background is painted pink when the higher time frame trend and momentum is down, and green when it is up. The rules for entering and exiting a trade are described here on Investopedia.

Coded to my interests at the time, MultiTimeFrame Strategy: also has some interesting code for Profit Targets and Trailing Stops. One interesting thing (at least for me lol) I had included was an option that if the bar closed over a trigger for moving the trailing loss, not just if it hit the trigger value. Audio and Visual Alerts. Works on historical data.
