You know what. What you said resonated with me. I'm in a profession that requires me to be very diligent with client files, and several of them don't even give me the courtesy of a thank you -- particularly for those actions that were taken on their behalf that I didn't need to take.
So, I appreciate your point of view -- and I thank you. Being too busy is not an acceptable excuse to thank someone for their time and efforts.
