Universal renko bar type. Thanks to the original author.

Ported by Sim22, 2015. Version 1. NT8b6

Allows adjustment of tick, reversal and proxy-open increments.

Can also plot continuously or break at the end of a session via "Break at EOD" option.

To use this in a condition eg.
