Please take a look, does this one have the refresh problem, or is it looking into future bar?
I can't figure it myself and it's really annoying

In the Paint Bar preferences, specify "Evaluate/Paint last: ALL:3" bars. That colon followed by the 3 tells the indicator to recalculate and redraw the past 3 bars each time (instead of efficiently calculating only the last 1 bar which is all that is needed 99% of the time).
