The current value of any indicator can be labeled in the scale (optionally). If you bring up the preference of any indicator (by double-clicking on that indicator) you'll see the "label current value" checkbox at bottom. When that is turned on, the background of that label will be pulled from the indicator and the text color will be the background color of the chart. In the case of the cumulative delta bars (VB), the body colors are used, it will use the up color when the current bars is up and the down color when the current bars is down. This was actually changed for 10.4.9, as it was using the hi/lo color always before. Two ways you can solve this: make your body colors lighter red/blues so they contrast better with the dark gray....or just check the "Use Scale Color" checkbox, and then the label will use the chart background and scale colors and that should work well. You have two VB indicators in that pane. I'm not sure which one is providing that label, you may need to change both. Hope this helps.
