Yes, this is a known issue. The window is maximizing to a size based on the size of the screen in which the IRT task window resides. If all screens are the same size / resolution, no problems. But if the window in which the IRT task (main) window resides is larger or smaller than that of a floating window, the maximize command will not sure the window to the proper size of the screen it resides, but rather to that of the main IRT window. This is a problem with our underlying development tools and we hope to have a solution in the future. For now, you'll have to manually resize the window to get the maximized effect when you encounter this situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
