Great list. Comprehensive. I place much more emphasis on risk than you seem to but that's just me. This gig is very personal. One size does not fit all. To say the least.
Just regarding forum tools. The list icon is very helpful in creating lists as you did above.
...this may sounds like a silly answer.....but ask yourself this-----how did someone figure out or 'create' their trading methodology 100s of years ago---?
even the last 100 years---how many 'theories' are out there that try to explain the market that someone noticed or figured out?
---learn to observe market behavior like someone on the discovery channel learns to watch animals in the wild--then somehow magically 5, 10 , 15 years later you may have an idea of where price may move to....
