Not to sound coy but it really shouldn't make a difference...

I'm really not even sure what you are worried about right now. A Limit gap on ES would be a once, or maybe twice, in a lifetime move. If you don't know how to react to that scenario than you shouldn't be trading ES. For the most part the ES only has gaps on the weekend. Yes it gapped on Friday because a piece of news came out in between the close and the open @4:15. Even then, going from memory, there was only like a ~8pt gap. Whats the issue here? If you can't handle risk or uncertainty than you should not trade.
