Our FCM dicatates that 5PM is the cut off for day trading.
Matt

According to Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffet, "It is 5 o'clock somewhere" all the time.

It doesn't hurt to say what time zone....

Ok i have an ignorant doubt here which has caught me in a fix for a while.

Is it possible for an Indian national to trade the ES for $400 margin. When i asked the Amp future support guy, he told me its legal to do so, but i want to hear it from a Non-US resident about the margin & associated tax issues for trading the ES (preferably some Indian trader who is already trading ES from India).

Someone on another forum told me, trading in ES from India is only possible through a prop & not as an individual. How much of it is true?

Also which is the best broker for Trading on the CME from India (in terms of Margin, commissions & funds clearing).

One last query i have, the Margin timings still remain unclear to me. Here is the time window provided by AMP.

ampclearing.com/trading_hours.html

Can anyone explain me the time of using margin with reference to the days (Eg. Monday from xx time to Tuesday xx time) in ETH.

Thanks for reading.
