TWS occasionnaly froze

Hello I just want to know if you experience the same problem as me. Occasionally, at least 3 to 4 time per session TWS froze, not completely, but the price window used to modify order price is not available. I could still modify an order by double clicking on it and modify it from the Order Ticket window. Once I do that, TWS is still available, but is window is flicking See a snap picture that I took. IB support told me that it could be a memory problem, but I got a new PC with plenty of memory …
