Looking for Ninjascript programmer

I am looking for a programmer to automate the trading strategy that I am currently doing manually.

The basic concept is to define a price range based on time (just the highest high and lowest low for a time range)
Once the range had been defined, take a breakout or breakdown trade ( place entry orders on either side of the range)
The ninjatrader ATM functions must work
There is a second opportunity if the first trade is stopped out that is slightly different than the first trade. (entry location, profit and risk targets)
ATM functions must work on the second opportunity trades
The program will stop trading based on time of day and or number of trades whichever happens first.

I hope that is enough to get started. PM me for more details
