I need a simple indicator programmed that will draw four lines on charts based upon an opening range time period. The following are the parameters that would need to be included for the lines to be drawn:
1.) opening range start time
2.) opening range end time
3.) # of ticks to draw line "A" above & below opening range extremes
4.) # of ticks to draw line "C" above & below opening range extremes
5.) ability to change the line width, color for "A" line and "C" line
