----------------------------

Thanks @Sandpaddict.

And thanks to everyone who voted for my journal (and all the journals).

And thanks to Big Mike of Futures.io, and Peter Davies & Jigsaw for the competition, which added an element of fun. And it made me really want to provide something of value in my writing -- in the journal I was considering rebooting anyway...

Journaling has been really good for me, and I encourage everyone to try it. Not only would journaling help you to organize and implement your trading plan, but some astute and friendly readers may actually have some epiphany-level feedback for you. The more open you are, the better feedback you will get, and the more passive readers can benefit too.

Additionally, as you have successes and failures, writing about them can help you reinforce the good and be more objective on the bad.

Trade well everyone!

sstheo

@Big Mike Thanks! What an awesome prize! I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have my FIO journal!! Probably homeless...just kidding! . My FIO journal has been the keystone to my development as a trader. It has also given me the opportunity to connect and share ideas with a bunch of great guys. Personally, trading in isolation would have stunted my growth a massive amount. I appreciate all those who Thanked my posts throughout the contest. And more importantly I would like to Thank-back all those who have provided words of wisdom, technical aptitude, a sympathetic ear, a clever one-liner, and all of the camaraderie during the past 2+ years of FIO journaling. Y'all know who you are (I don't want to mistakenly leave anyone out )!
