FIO Journal Challenge - July 2017 (over $1,100 in prizes)
Continuing in the tradition of encouraging journals on FIO, I am announcing a new Journal contest for July 2017.
The rules are extremely simple:
a) The contest begins July 1 and ends July 31. All decisions made by nexusfi.com are final.
b) This thread that you are reading right now will act as the repository for all journals that are entered into the contest.
c) The author of a journal can enter his/her nexusfi.com journal into the contest by posting a link to his/her journal in this thread. Only the author of the journal can do this. Please post the link to the journal ONE TIME, AND ONE TIME ONLY in this thread.
d) Members of nexusfi.com will cast their votes for the best journals by using the "Thanks" button on the post that the journal author has made in this very thread. This is why it is very important the author of the journal make only one post, because only one post will be used to count the total number of "Thanks Received" in this thread, and that is how the winners will be decided. Members can vote for as many separate journals as they want by following the same procedure.
e) There will be three prizes awarded, based on the highest number of "Thanks Received" per the above. The prizes are a free 150K Combine in TopstepTrader's program, a $375 value (each). I will post the full details of the 150K Combine below, or you can visit TopstepTrader's website for more information.

Sorry Big Mike I started my journal I miss understood should I just delete today's Journal? I was so excited about the contest I just processed the post wrong I guess.
I've been very excited about this! Journaling is proving to be an excellent way to organize thoughts. And, knowing I will have to publish it for all to see later has probably helped me from making some real bone-head moves
Journal here, with a slightly new format to the entries for this competition starting today :
Trading system involves looking for oversold conditions using slow stochastics on 1, 5 and 15 minute charts (or slight variations of that, say if the 1 and 5-minutes are oversold and 15 has turned up around the 50 mark).
I'm sorry I was making sure I didn't jump the gun on posting a Journaled trade I wasn't sure if we could only start posting Journaled trades next week or if today's trade was eligible to be posted. Thanks
