Some of the primary differences between futures io and other trading sites revolve around the standards of our community. Those standards include a code of conduct for our members, as well as extremely high standards that govern which partners we do business with, and which products or services we recommend to our members.

At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. To succeed, you need to surround yourself with the right support system, educational content, and trading mentors Ė all of which you can find on futures io, utilizing our social trading environment.

With futures io, you can find honest trading reviews on brokers, trading rooms, indicator packages, trading strategies, and much more. Our trading review process is highly moderated to ensure that only genuine users are allowed, so you donít need to worry about fake reviews.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading sites:
  • We are here to help. Just let us know what you need.
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive in our community.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community.  It's free and simple.

Admin alert @Big Mike

Sounds like spam to me.

It's just a bunch of vendors who didn't like what people said about them, or who lied about their identity and pretended to be a regular user and were instead promoting their product/service. When caught and banned, they resort to lies.

There is some background here:

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

I'm glad you're the admin and not me, having to deal with all that crap.

Yup, the guys writing those false rip off reports are the same ones issuing death threats against me and my dogs. They also go around to other forums whose admins don't really care what is posted (unless it bashes a paying vendor) and make up more crap.

I've learned over the years that most people simply believe what they want to believe and rarely do facts enter the equation. I am a person that does not lie, and I make it a point to not associate with others that do. If you need to lie in order to be successful, you are doing something wrong. So sure, it does bother me a great deal when these bastards come on the forum, lie about their identity, write false posts, get banned, and then go on to other forums and websites and spread more false information simply because I caught them.

Reading some of the emails you received, I am amazed that many people obviously believe they can become successful and happy by denigrating, hating, and being nasty to others.

What goes around, comes around. Karma's a bitch when the bill is presented.

I made a new post in the "Transparency and Facts" thread, here:
https://futures.io/feedback-announcements/28014-big-mike-trading-transparency-facts.html

But I will cross-post it below since this thread was what I was responding to.

----

Another thread:
https://futures.io/traders-hideout/36229-ripoff-reports.html

Recently raised the question about futures.io (formerly BMT) being a scam due to some other websites filled with reports from banned futures.io (formerly BMT) members (mostly vendors who were caught lying). So I wanted to share some numbers:

Please register on futures.io to view futures trading content such as post attachment(s), image(s), and screenshot(s).

That report shows the number of "chargebacks" on futures.io (formerly BMT) since the site opened June 2009. Basically it shows the number of times an Elite Membership was cancelled because the buyer disputed the charge.

It's something like 25 times over 6 years. And there are over 10,000 futures.io (formerly BMT) Elite Members (out of 70,000 members total). That's 0.002%.

Before you try and do the math, keep in mind a lot of these people paid only $25, even more paid $50, far less have paid the current $100. There is another thread that discusses why the price goes up, but short version is to maintain quality of the site by keeping the majority of non-serious people away.

Last thing I want to say -- some people are jealous of futures.io (formerly BMT)'s success, which causes them to respond negatively or say false things about futures.io (formerly BMT) or me. Some of these people claim I only make money off the site and not trading. I've proven this to be false, I shared many months of real-time live trades, daily statements, broker statements, trading statistics and etc in my thread that clearly show I make far more trading than I do off futures.io (formerly BMT). The facts speak for themselves.

So as not to have a split topic, I ask that all future replies be directed to one of the below threads:

I am closing this thread.
