I will post a full report after I restore all services. I've been traveling and was unable to repair things myself, and the data center couldn't fix it. Luckily @sam028 called me and I gave him my idea and he implemented it to get us back limping along.
Email is down, webinars down. Not sure what else right now.
I am updating our DNS so that the second server is removed from the round-robin rotation which should eliminate broken images and improve page loading speed. The change may take 2 hours to replicate world wide.
