I tried it Mike and I get a message "Authentication Required"...'the server........etc etc etc
beta site you will be prompted for HTTP credentials since the beta is private. But once you enter them, you should not be prompted a second time to download this file.

nope nothing, and the download isnt progressing. i was able to download that file earlier today and move around the site..

Hmm, the download should be fine. I'm just seeing some possible issues with concurrent connections that I wanted to test.

download starts, is super slow, then dies:
cant do anything on the site until it fails.
