Hi

When you say "I can't connect to it at all", what is it exactly that you are experiencing? Any errors? A blank page?

Hi,

On my browser I get a blank page with the error "this site can't be reached, futures.io took too long to respond, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

On the phone app i get this

Cheers

Let's start with one device, i.e. your PC.

Could you post a screenshot of your browser when the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT shows please.

So on your PC the only site you can't access is futures.io?

But you can access everything else, say https://www.bbc.co.uk/, Google, https://www.amazon.com/, https://www.yahoo.com/ ?

Both on my computer and my phone, I can connect to any website or anything that may require an internet connection, including the ones you posted. Only futures.io does not work, even though the day I registered, it was working fine, that is, I could connect from both my computer and my phone from my home network.

Attached the screenshot for when trying to load, and after it fails to load.

Browser is vivaldi, which is chromium. I've also tried on Firefox with the same result, I have also tried in incognito mode, cleared cookies, disabled all extensions, same result.

I have also not touched my firewall or router configuration, and I'm getting this problem from 2 completely different and unrelated residential networks, so I believe it's got something to do with my IP range being banned from your server or something.

I can provide more details on my location and ip through a private message.

Cheers

Maybe either @Big Mike or @sam028 can check if your address is somehow being banned but, in the meantime, why don't you simply reboot the router? Assuming you're on DHCP you should get a different IP address.

That's because your IP address has not changed.

Do you know if you are using DHCP?

No idea, I'll check the settings in my router and see if I can change the IP

Alternatively you could either try to use a VPN service, or use TOR.

In etiher case you'd get a different IP, so that would test whether you can access it with a different address.

I would try an "nslookup futures.io" , and then a "tracert futures.io" to debug.
I'll bet on name resolve problem.
Using TOR or a VPN looks overkill in this case...
