Thanks @xplorer. I received a second trouble report just now which let me narrow down the problem, and I've reverted a change I made to cookies which must have caused this unintended side effect.

Everything should be fine now, please confirm. Sorry for the trouble.

The max size for a .bmp file is 4 Mb.



I've just attached a .bmp and a .png, seems ok for me.

BMP pic size is 3236KB ... so ~3.236MB

It’s just a regular pic like I always post....weird.
