Welcome to futures.io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

bmcharts.com - share your trades has moved to a new server. This is to be our new futures.io (formerly BMT) server after I do a bunch of testing. It should be about twice as fast as the current server.

bmcharts was just an easy way to get something on it so I can start testing, futures.io (formerly BMT) itself will be a ways off...

If you guys experience any problems with bmcharts let me know.

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

So you left my charts of the Reversal? Was worried that they were ladders...

It loaded fast when I just checked.

They're fine imo, I'm not concerned.

Speed will be "up and down" as I keep toying with the config, getting it ready for futures.io (formerly BMT). bmcharts is about 1/1000th the size of futures.io (formerly BMT) but I needed something to test with so why not...

Futures Edge on FIO

Are you a NinjaTrader user?

Began the process of seperating out NT 6.5 and NT7 indicators/strategies/bar types, etc.

Please register on futures.io to view futures trading content such as post attachment(s), image(s), and screenshot(s).

ZTrade101 will start doing the heavy lifting of re-sorting everything. Please help him out by posting your indicators, strategies, templates, and custom bar types in the appropriate section in the Downloads section (instead of in threads).

Added a Quick Filter option to Downloads. On the top right of the page, you can now click A-Z to quickly jump to listings that start with that letter.

New feature added to the forum home page. It will show a search cloud of the most popular search keywords people use on Google that lead them to futures.io (formerly BMT).

A couple of small changes tonight. You will need to hard refresh (Ctrl-F5) your browser to force a cache reload to see one of them.

a) changed red 'new' icon to a more blending grey color on the forum home stats block
b) changed small down arrow 'new' post icon to same grey icon above for all New Post searches and all thread listing pages

can you bring back the 'new' notification in red color? new notification in white makes it like I already read that thread.

Patched to latest vBulletin 3.8.5 release. Should not effect end user experience.
