Now when you post screencast images using the [screencast][/screencast] bbcode, the images will be downloaded to our server and served from futures.io (formerly BMT) instead of from Screencast.

Also, a general thanks and shout-out for keeping this site near the cutting edge as far as forums go. It's amazing how old other forums look and behave compared to futures.io (formerly BMT).

Thanks @josh. As soon as I have time (ha!), I will extend this to include other image hosting sites like imgur, tinypic, imageshack, etc. This way we should eliminate the broken images that is rampant in older forums, as hosting sites die or images are removed, bandwidth exceeded, etc.

i would like to see it pull images from the regular img tags.. i annotate/upload to my own ftp, but i cant promise i wont go through and clean out the images, so if it could pull those images from the link in the image tag that would be easier for me than saving to my disk then uploading, then embedding.

Embedded tweets are now cached on futures.io (formerly BMT)'s server, so only one request is made to Twitter at the time of the posting and subsequent requests are handled locally from the cache.

Yes, on my list as I mentioned in my last post, but infinitely more difficult due to the way the forum software handles the IMG bbcode vs custom bbcode I create (like screencast).

Yeah, I thought it was a long shot, just asking!

Changes were made to the Tapatalk feature of the site. Only Elite Members are now permitted to use this feature, this is due to security concerns of the application.

Guests and regular members will not be able to use the feature any longer.

Mike, since October 5, the rss feed hasn't updated any more (originally located @ https://nexusfi.com/external.php?type=RSS2). Would it be possible to fix this?
