Welcome to futures.io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

Also when checking -attacks , all of italy was lit up like a Christmas tree last night

Over the two years since futures.io (formerly BMT) was created, I've noticed a lot of very distinct and unique patterns when it comes to vendors who try and use futures.io (formerly BMT) as free advertising. Some other sites call these people "shills". I just call it a violation of our forum rules.

I have decided that in order to curb this behavior, I will implement restriction on posting in the "Vendors and Product Reviews" section of the forum. Regular members must now have 10 posts to be able to post in that section.

Any vendor who wishes to respond to posts made in that section are free to do so, as long as they follow our forum rules.

1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Not sure if it is working properly?

I get 20 Mbps from other tests and less than 1 Mbps from that test for some reason

@GridKing, try it again now.

Futures Edge on FIO
Due to an error on my part, the Downloads hit count (in the Downloads section) for data containing the number of times an indicator was downloaded from July 16th to July 30th was deleted.

This doesn't effect the "most popular downloads ever" stats, only the "popular downloads in the last 30 days" stats. So it will correct itself in 2 weeks.

Oops.

Threaded Hybrid mode has been removed. 99.9% of you don't know what it is, much less used it. It was causing a lot of server errors due to a PHP issue with this older function of the forum, so I just nuked it entirely.

Perhaps this is my browsers fault (FF 5.0), but when I click on the "Elite NinjaTrader Automated Trading" subforum on this page, I receive the FireFox error message stating that 'the page is not redirecting properly'. Clicking on "Elite EasyLanguage Automated Trading" subforum link in the Automated Trading forum does work and sends me to this subforum.

Regards,
Jura

I believe I've worked-around this issue for now (by renaming the subforum):

https://futures.io/elite-automated-ninjatrader-trading/

Please let me know.

If you have bookmarked a direct link to the Arcade, you'll need to change it (the new links are on the navbar).

I had to change a few things due to some worm attacks aimed at the arcade.

Please report any problems.
