futures io is the largest futures trading community on the planet, with over 100,000 members. At futures io, our goal has always been and always will be to create a friendly, positive, forward-thinking community where members can openly share and discuss everything the world of trading has to offer. The community is one of the friendliest you will find on any subject, with members going out of their way to help others. Some of the primary differences between futures io and other trading sites revolve around the standards of our community. Those standards include a code of conduct for our members, as well as extremely high standards that govern which partners we do business with, and which products or services we recommend to our members.

At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. Thanks David, I've just run CCleaner but didn't seem to solve the issue. I'll put on my troubleshooting hat

Today I can't seem to be able to use the 'Thanks' button.

I even changed browser to make sure it wasn't a browser issue.


Also, FIO is logging me out at random - occasionally I am browsing and all of a sudden I'm no longer logged in.

I tried to upload a video to show the behavior but can't even do that. Error attached.




Is anyone else experiencing that?

Please make sure you've disabled all the blocking scripts or other add-ons and plugins, just use normal Firefox or Chrome.

1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Thanks Mike, I have disabled everything on Firefox, still same issue.

I have tried on IE (which does not have any blocking stuff), same issue.

I have tried different browsers, different profiles, nothing seems to work.


As long as it's only me affected I will assume it's a local issue anyway, so I'll work towards that end.

It's definitely not this, I have not given that many thanks in one day



There are some repeatable issues I am having, these showed up today along with the Thanks issue

1 - log onto site, see notifications, click on notifications, I get logged out

2 - check a thread - click on a quoted post which is in a page other than the current page, I get logged out

Thanks @xplorer. I received a second trouble report just now which let me narrow down the problem, and I've reverted a change I made to cookies which must have caused this unintended side effect.

Everything should be fine now, please confirm. Sorry for the trouble.
