I've added some new Tabs to the left side of the chatbox on the home page. These tabs are for "rooms" to discuss instruments, like an ES room, a CL room, and a EUR/USD room (so far).

My plan is to phase out the skype chat and use this instead.

If you are wondering what happened to the "Unread posts: xx (list, clear)" at the top right of every page under your user name --- I removed it. I've been focused on improving the performance/speed of the site, and I recently discovered this addon was a performance killer. Big time. So, it is gone.

The unread posts feature is back on every page now since we've upgraded the server hardware.

I think that change caused a bug... IE is indicating a scripting error now when the 'New Posts' page is loaded, and the 'new' tag isn't being removed from posts on the list when you use 'back' to return to that page after reading a post, as it used to be.

Thanks for reporting. Actually, it is not related to the new posts I removed, although the timing and content would seem so. Instead, it seems to be an issue after I upgraded the Wiki from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4. I've opened a ticket with the developer as I couldn't figure out what the problem is at first glance. Mike

This has been fixed as we've updated the wiki to version 3.0.5 today. Hopefully @fluxsmith can confirm, but from my testing it is fixed (I used IE8 to test).

For the last few weeks a handful of the Downloads in the File Sharing section have reported errors when trying to be downloaded. These are primarily the large file attachments such as Market Replay data or in general any attachment that was over 128MB in size.

I have found and corrected the problem, so if you've tried to download these links but have been unable to, please try again.

You can now attach mp4 videos directly to posts without zipping them first

Made a minor change tonight dropping the "Normal Search" button from the navbar (between "New Posts" and "Wiki". This now just leaves the instant-search field on the far right side. I dropped the other one because it was redundant.

I also changed the color a bit on the search image, so people will hopefully see it.



For those that like to do Advanced Searches or look at the Tag Cloud, those links are available from the instant-search drop down.
