I tested on IE9, Chrome 23, FF 17, Android 4.1 and Android 4.2 -- all worked.

I am pretty sure IE8 won't work. I am not sure about older versions of Firefox, so hopefully someone can report back.

Fine on Windows 7 with IE 9.0.8112

Fine also on iPhone 4gs running iOS 5.1.1

Now also fine on iPad3. Safari & iOS 5.1.1

I loaded it a couple times, hit play, and nothing happened. Then I did a ctrl-shift-Reload and hit play and it worked.

1.2Ghz Sempron CPU, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit, Chrome v23, 768K DSL and NinjaTrader running optimization.

Confirm: does not work with IE 8 on Windows Vista

Old Machine: MS XP Pro 2002 SP3, Chrome 11.0.696.60
After full screen when minimizing back to small version play bar is partially off screen

Newer Machine: Windows 7 Home Premium 2009 SP1, Chrome 23.0.1271.97 m
After full screen when minimizing back to small version play bar is partially off screen

No other issues.

Tested with Firefox 17, Chrome 23 and IE 9. No issues. Very good video quality in full screen. Like it.

Only in IE: I can only skip foward if is loaded (no idea how to write that).... But it load very quick, so it's ok.
