Regarding sending a private message

Big Mike, is there a way to make it where when we send a private message to someone a little notification appears that says something along the lines of "message sent" or "message successfully sent". I find myself checking my sent items folder after sending a message just to check.

Sorry, that is not possible. If the PM was not sent, you will be shown why on your screen (like if you try to send to an invalid user).

1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Why not checking the "Sent Items" folder ?
If the message is not here, it has not been sent.

Along these same lines... (I think)

Is there a way to tell if a user opened a private message?
Sometimes the message is sent but users never reply indicating they got it.

Before sending a new message, under 'Miscellaneous Options' at the bottom of the page you can mark the checkbox 'Request a read receipt for this message'.

That should do it.
