No, the banner notice at the top was shown to all members, not just those who hadn't previously voted - but anyone that tried to vote a second time will be shown a message "we have already received your vote".

I didn't vote and I'm not going to. simple reason: I only read a few posts in maybe 5 out of the 18 threads.

so I don't think I qualify to vote. hope you understand.

(for me they are all winners anyway)

@Mike in India the poor voters are lured (by political parties) with money booze and what not , and we have a vibrant democracy maybe you should take a leaf from this. freebees (say elite memberships) will be given to ppl who has participated in polls only. this will ensure a democracy of your choice

but i agree with Silvester17, most ppl do not real ALL the threads (incl your truly) and thus the same.
