Hi All

Just curious how 4 hour charts are created on as an example ES mini? Obviously it is not open 24 hours like forex so how exactly do they print the bars time wise?

Thanks

MS

Market Sniper,

In NinjaTrader, you'd set the chart up as a 240 minute chart and select "Default 24/7" as the session template in the Data Series window. Selecting "Default 24/7" will use the ETH data which will bring the after-hours/overnight data into the chart.
