Something to worth mentioning if you watch DOM long enough you will start noticing things. I don't know how to explain it but brain is an interesting tool.

Once it start see something that was before you will have some sort of notification or aha moment that you've seen it before. It can be picked in your replay of your recording.
All you need to do is be mindful and paying attention.

This is great advice for a scalper.
If you are tuely cut out to be a scalper the DOM is the place to study.
After a while your brain will 'SEE' things and you may not even know what it was but continue to watch and study and you will soon be able to develop and edge for that style.

I have been trading since March of this year. I tried going for 1 tick profit and it did not end well. I would do good for 4, 5, or 6 trades, making one tick each, then I would run into a losing trade that wiped out my ticks that I made. When I was in the losing position I was worried that I would lose all of my one tick profits and then I would hold my losing trade because I did not want to give up my ticks. Well you know what happened next...I went on to lose 10 times the amount I made on my one tick profits. So going for one tick did not work out.
Hopefully I am not sounding redundant but I thought I would share what happened to me.
