Stock index futures have been a particular difficult trade for me lately due to the lack of liquidity and algos gunning for sells or buys just to reverse into air pockets up and down.
Just wanted to vent a little. I'm sure some are liking it but for me the algos are really trying to fill customer orders and will stretch the mkt short term much more than usual even outside of regular vix number.
I have still been profitable even today but not without large drawdowns to get there! Seems very difficult to get any traction in either direction.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Noticed the same problem on MNQ.......suspect NQ likely the same....last couple days were tough.....Market makers bots are cleaning out all the stops....in both directions....
