Anyone interested in me trying the get funded scams?
I was wondering if anyone had any interest in me posting daily my results of I traded one of the get funded prop firms. My personal opinion on these is that they are a scam and not really a prop firm.
Most legit prop firms do not need to advertise because in the industry it is word of mouth and your track record that get you a desk and if you are Really good then it gets you the ability to also trade from home outside of the watchful eyes of a desk or room manager who can speak with you quickly once bad alerts pop up in his or her office.
A majority of highly successful traders still keep offices in the cme and Cbot buildings along with trading in a prop room. Trading from home is great until the babies cry or the wife had whine night!!
Anyway I do not believe these funded programs to be legit and a bridled trader may not lose huge but it may cut into his performance if he must follow some ridiculous parameters from the prop firm . Basically they have figured out how to get people to trade demo and pay for it.
Which one would you recommend ?
I am clueless and do not have time to research each one. I will put up the money of course
And give you real factual info on my trades and the company.
I am not doing this to get funded! I do not want or need the headache of dealing with OPM ever again. I did that for years and let me tell you how difficult it is and energy depleting to have to explain what you are doing as a trader to clients and or a risk manager.
please state which company and why and I will make my decision based on the most recommended over the next few days. If no answer etc. Then I will just have this post deleted.
Also state which mkts you would like to be traded.
I will need a little time to formulate a plan on how to trade and operate optimally based on the companies parameters for game play. That's all it really is .. paying for demo is game play.
Let's see what we can come up with.

Along with trading the get funded account I will state clearly my broad intentions of trade or my plan. I. E. Scalping or day swing etc. I will also state mkt and direction.
For example right now I am looking to short the stock indexes in any major rakkiesm define major in nasdaq over 150 points.
In es over 45 points.
But I may deviate from my plans on a whim or I may do the human thing and break my discipline who knows.
I could very easily fail at this idea publicly and I'm ok with that outcome.
If you cannot fail and move on or learn from it then you shouldn't be trading in my opinion.
I saw a youtube where these guys were interviewed and looked at the site and requirements seem reasonable.
Saw your post, so decided to ask them a few questions. They didn't answer the commission question, so guessing they aren't fabulous, but could be wrong.

Thank you for contacting us! We use Rithmic's data feed. Your info will never be sold to third parties. All trading happens through rithmic's data feed and nothing is being sold to third parties.
Once you are on the PRO account, you can withdrawal on day one, so there is no minimum days requirement before withdrawing your profits. However, your balance has to be above your buffer zone before you can withdraw. Buffer zone is equal to the maximum drawdown amount on your account. For example for the 50K account, the maximum drawdown is $2000, therefore in order to be above the buffer zone, your balance has to be above $52 000. The $2000 profit that we want you to keep as your buffer is also yours, and you can withdraw it in case of losing the account or if you simply do not wish to continue trading anymore. I know actual prop firms and have worked risk managed and traded at actual prop firms. I call these pay to demo prop shops scams because they only let people trade in their parameters and force trades or exits when those may not be the most advantageous to the trader.

You could have a crack at the Topstep two step evaluation, that company has been around the longest. The companies that came after have gone for one step making them at least look more attractive.
A bit late in the day, but today is the last day of their 10 year anniversary ten day sale if you want to save yourself 40%.
I would recommend you Earn2trade. You get a real live account after pass the Gauntlet, that is a big different to the competitors. At the moment you just pay 99$ for 2000 drawdown and 3000 Profit goal. You should take a look to Apteros Trading also.
