another thign to thin about is that when the hft fills your order they get a confimration of what FCM they just cleared with!

So I went searching through the CME documentation on this, and I see no evidence that the CME Globex reports information about a counterparty upon fill. Information about the party is placed on the inbound message that is sent to the exchange, but I can't find anything about it reporting who is on the other side of the trade.
