As some of you know from my last post, I had a bad week. Every time I have a good week, the following week is awful and I do things I will never understand. I know I'm better than the entries I took here. It was really choppy this day, I was emotional from prior days of losses, the DOM was flying around erratically, and I was at the time on a 5 minute chart. I must have had an acute case of amnesia and my trading plan, rules, everything went out the window.
I decided to go back and zoom in on a one minute chart for this day. This is what I found. Mind you, this was my BEST day this week lol. When I go back to look at my trades for a bad week, I always write little comments that make humor out of my losses or missed opportunities. Sarcasm always lightens the mood for me. Furthermore they help me remember to be humble and rational when I have great wins. A work in progress clearly. I dedicate this screenshot to anyone that is still new and having a hard time with consistency. I'm still having days like the one pictured below. When the DOM locks up and chops around and I know it's gonna be a crazy day, I start sweating and the following result ensues:
ninja mess up on this one, on NT8 they add so many steps to change the level
on your chart hit F9, click 3 point randomly to draw the fib tool, right click on it , select property, hover cursor on level to change it to edit level then click on it, select add then specify 200, click apply, phew!
