My friend.....
This is something you are going to have to figure out. But I will help you. This business is very competitive. Someone that is just going to tell you info like this can be very misleading if you don't understand the source. How much will you be able to trust it?

Here is an old Excel sheet I made with daily range data on ZF as well as some other stuff.
ZF 03-16 daily 11-30-2004 - 1-29-2016 range study.xlsx

I used the Data tab/Analysis group/Data Analysis then histogram..... create the bin range etc then its easy to use the Conditional Formatting on the Home tab to plot your data. Just use your chosen interval, in your case 1 minute bars on NQ.

Ask questions I can help.

BLASH.....

Thanks for the reply, I kind of figured I might have to calculate this myself. Your excel attachment gives me some useful ideas of how I might go about creating my own study.....again thank you.

To help you start..... here is a link to a pretty big file, 68MB, of NQ back adjusted merged 1 min data 1000 days.

Fields are in this order:
  1. date
  2. time
  3. open
  4. high
  5. low
  6. close
  7. volume
  8. DayOpen
  9. DayHigh
  10. DayLow
  11. range

Range is for the 1 min bar.

Let me know if you want the NT8 indicator I made to create this data file. Below is a link to my OneDrive I will leave open for a week for you.

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=D303FF467EC6685!11421&authkey=!APqMXl5OqPCllrI&ithint=folder%2c
Edit: What I mean to say is that the range is for the whatever time interval you had on the chart..... in this case yes it is 1 min bars.
