If you have to count every tick then do not trade break outs. I mean you can trade them but initialize your position before and open positions by limit orders. Some orders may not get filled but who cares ?! This vehicle offers so much opprtunities that no matter if 2-3 out of 20 (or depending your TF out of 100) has been missed.

What I like with FDAX is tha you really can go low. I mean LOW. Talking about Range(2) bars w/ filled gaps. Beautiful PA on there !

Specially small account holders beware the unexpected sharp moves. They have their safeguards in exchange but the price can jump 100-200 points in 400 ms until volatility interrupt comes in and you're done. So quard your entries by the limit orders and accept that some setups may not get filled. There is allways a new opportunity right after the corner !

This is an example what can happen when somethin unexpected happens:
Eurex Exchange - Safeguard mechanisms ensured orderly trading post ECB rate announcement

Of course that paricular situation was well known before it happened but shows very well the point !
