Rth or Eth for ES?

I like using the active USA session, to me that is about 6:45 AM Chicago time until the close of the cash at 3 pm Chicago time. This has worked for me the best for many different set ups as it takes the "pre market" into account but does not 10-14 hours of usually low volume which will distort your charts. But I want to see the relation to yday price action without Overnight action. Overnight session has become more important lately.
