Hi, does anyone knew where I could get a realtime reading of the VDAX-NEW index, either free or for a low cost option? I currently spreadbet the DAX and am looking to add the VDAX to the indicators I use when trading.

I believe that by opening up a futures account I can pay to subscribe to a EUREX feed but I was wondering if there were any other alternatives. I'm based in the UK and pay no tax when spreadbetting, so futures trading is not a route I'm looking to go down currently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to second that request.

I have looking for this information as well. I already have a futures account but can't seem to find this instrument!
I did find it on https://www.investing.com/indices/vdax though. But it would be better in as a datafeed in Ninjatrader(for example) to chart and apply indicators to.

Thanks in advance for any help

I get v1x (new vdax) data from my broker (interactive broker) . You can take a look at a real time website like this one, though no idea the cost.

Hi John,
Many thanks for your response!

If possible, please could post a screenshot of the settings for the instrument or provide the exchange or any other information that will help identify the source?

I have tried asking my broker and also Ninjatrader, both of them don't have a clue, You use SierraChart I believe, but still the instrument mapping might hold some clues.

Thanks,

SDG

I use the data from interactive brokers and chart in Sierra charts. I looked at Sierra for the data but I could not find it. The symbol is V1X.
