Well, stepping out of my comfort zone here and deciding to journal up my trades for at least the month of April. I do keep a journal on OneNote as well (but I haven't been consistent with it, but now am finding a format I like).
Little background about myself. Traded for a prop shop for 2003-2010, strictly stocks. I did quite well in my time there, but then I lost both my edge (ability to read the tape) and really my passion for trading. I took a few years off doing some other things (which was healthy as my identity was tied to my job as a trader). Coming back now strictly trading the ES. I'm still developing my own style, but it is mainly based around auction theory and price action. I've learned a lot from FT71 and of course BigMike and others on the Spoos thread.
When I started trading again in January, I knew I wanted to share somehow. Twitter just seems a little to hodge-podge for me. I enjoy reading some of the threads here and like the community aspect, so this is where I will post up. Of course, down the line I'd also like to start a blog, to write about more of the mental side of trade. There is also a fear of accountability and "being seen", and I'm in the process of facing all my fears head on by doing what is hard. So here I am.
