I have for about a year been interested in trading and finance.
It started with my father dying from a brain tumour at 61 years old and leaving my mother with a tough financial situation.
My journey started with long term investing, portfolio optimization, risk parity et c et c. I ran all these simulations, sat up all night creating simulations of dual momentum portfolios et c.
But then I realised. This is WAY to slow for me. I have always been more of a short term explosive guy who hates long and slow.
So I tried my hand at swingtrading. Too slow.
Now I am down to intraday trading.
I am profitable as long as I don't wing it or do stupied things. Something I do WAY to often. I am mostly inspired by Macks PATs and Vollman.
My journal is for me to be accountable and force myself not to take trades that I can't explain afterwards.
I will in the next posts set up my rules and why I have them.
