I am running an semi automated system and recentely found an issue, after spending almost day or so trying to figure out what was going on. I found that the historical data for one of the days was missing for part of that day. I tried to download this manualy from both the broker(FXCM) and the NT servers. Failing that I reached out to NT and got this in reply

Unfortunately we have recognized some missing data on our historical data servers.
FXCM is also missing this data from their servers.

Clearly this is not going to work going forward if I have this running on fully automated system, which is what I was planning to do using Sharkindicators Blackbird to take and manage those trades.
So the question is what are the suggestion here to manage this or even to mitigate this? clearly Ninjatrader doesn't give two tosses about the impact of this to their customers.
