Are there any other platforms other than TradeStation and MultiCharts that have an EasyLanguage / PowerLanguage compiler?

I don't think so. Why are you averse to Tradestation and Multicharts ?
With Multicharts you can link to different brokers for trade execution and also you can have different data feeds....Rithmic, IQFeed, etc.
