Hello, is it possible to trade a secondary symbol rather than the primary chart symbol? For example, I have an EasyLanguage strategy that currently generates long/short signals for QQQ. Rather than trading QQQ, I'd like to long TQQQ on a "long QQQ" signal, and long SQQQ on a "short QQQ" signal. Thanks in advance!

You'd probably have to set up 2 charts, one with data1=TQQQ and data2=QQQ on first chart and data1=SQQQ and data2=QQQ on 2nd chart. Then, all calculations for signal would use data2, and the buy/see would be for data1 symbol.
A little tricky, but it could be done I believe. I have never tried that though with only trading long or short for a particular symbol...

Thanks, that's exactly what I did and it looks good so far!

You could also use the Symbol Mapping feature. Map the TQQQ to the QQQ and when you place an order on the QQQ chart, it will send an order using the TQQQ symbol. If the tick sizes are the same, it should work.

MultiCharts can do this, but I do not think Tradestation can (that I know of)
