With the help of mrLogik at purelogiktrading.com, the attached iADX turns magenta when the ADX is above the 50 threshold. (I use a very short setting of 5 for daytrading/scalping.) The parameters for the threshold and colors can be changed in the indicator window. Red histogram bars for downtrend, blue histogram bars for uptrend.
calculates the range of fast and slow moving but need to normalize it so it runs in the range from 0-100 like an rsi - was done on meta but dont know how to do it for ninja- any help will be great
Graphs ATR (green line) and the size of the corresponding bar in yellow ( |High-Low| ). Can be useful in determining if a signal bar of large enough to take by visualizing it's size relative to ATR. Was introduced here.
This indicator allows a user to draw a horizontal line on their chart and have an audio alert wav file sound when the line is pierced (either from above or from below).
I didn't originate this indicator. It is a modification of NT's native price alert indicator, NT's original indicator only gives you an alert in a their alert window which I found not so helpful.
With the help of others here at BMT, I modified this indicator to include the ability to type in audio wav files in the indicator settings so you would get an audio alert when the hand drawn horizontal line is breached.
Things you should know:
You will need to insert 2 of these indicators into your chart indicator list.
On one choose "true" in the "uptrend/downtrend drop down box at the top. In the 2nd one, chose "false".
You will want to choose false for "calculate on bar close" on both indicators
For audio files, type in the name of an audio file you know exists in your program files/ninja 6.5/ sounds folder.

This indicator plots the difference between 2 moving averages as a multicolored plot. The zero line is actually the slower of the 2 moving averages. You can select from 6 different moving averages. The screenshot shows the combination of EMA and SMA. So, you can pick your poison.
The multicolored plot is the difference between the slow and fast moving averages. Lime indicates the plot is rising, red is falling, and yellow is flat.
The dots on the zero line tell you the plot is above or below the zero line.
The histogram tells you the slower moving average is rising or falling.
Written by Mike Winfrey, aka Joe Blow, don't remember when I wrote the first iteration. However, this one, Version 1, was completed on May 11, 2010.

Haven't done anything with NT7 yet. Not worth the effort yet.
Just a note...send a PM to me if you have questions or comments. I won't be notified if you leave a comment here with the indicator and as a result you may never get an answer.
This is a simple modification of NT's Swing indicator. This ind. does Not fill in the bars between the bar of the High/Low point and the bar on which it was detected (as specified by the Strength input). The purpose is so you can quickly see which bar the Hi/Lo point was detected on(signal was given).
This one is almost the same as BalanceLine but it uses H+L/2 of total number of days back not just 2 at a time. If you don't see it plots try to increase number of download days or reduce number of days back, the default setting is 5 days back.
