I'm looking for some inside info on preferred NinjaTrader tick charts to trade the 6E Euro. Specifically a short term chart settings to scalp and a longer term chart for a directional filter.

I don't think there is any one set 'inside info' chart set-up. Boils down to what helps you see the set-ups for your particular scalp targets. Screen time is the only real answer. Personally I prefer 3 and 9 RangeBars shooting for 10 ticks. But for tick you might try 89 or 144 and 333 or 512. Good luck.

That's a tough one , I've tried everything and think the fib numbers are garbage...I settled on a 1024 tick chart, seems to be the best all around. That being said I would add that my primary focus is on a kase bar chart nowadays, though I do get good trades from the tick chart.
What you might try is keep trying different tick counts until you get one that shows good revesal signals , in doing that you will see that some are a lot better than others.

I found 3 and 6 Range charts to be best combination for scalping.
