Is this realistic?

I know that a lot of people day trade the futures market.
But can the forex market be used for day trading?

So what's the TF that you guys usually use to trade the forex market?

Cheers

Of course you can.
I myself prefer to daytrade forex. These days I prefer the 5 minute charts (M5) & 15 minute (M15).
But it's just as important to plan you day in forex as it is in futures. The eur/usd can be trade the same way as the 6E , just a hole lot cheaper. But one can of course scale up as one gain capital.

yes you can. I used to do that with FXCM manually scalping the market and doing 35 trades a day.

Unfortunately, they terminate my account recently for no reason at all.

So beware with FXCM! they can terminate your account anytime without any warnings and reason whatsoever.

Worst is that they wont even reply to emails and I don't know if my capital/earnings will ever be refunded.

To me, (after what they did to me)... I see them as a BIG SCAMMER!

Now....I find that very hard to belive. Can you prove it ?

Why don't you call them then, instead of taking it here on a public forum ?
You can speak to Jason Rogers about that. Fxcm has always been very service minded when I have contacted them.

Its really hard to believe and I was shocked when I realized it happened.

You want proof? here:

Before I receive that email, I can no longer execute an order. I thought it was a bug then when I am about to report the incident, I saw that email coming. So I find it funny when they said that I have opened position when I am manually opening and closing all positions before I start another. (as I am scalping)

I emailed them back and ask for a reason as to why but until now, no reply.

And this is the very reason I am whining here in public forum so that future would-be clients won't become a victim of this injustice!

Hi, this seems to be a serious accusation, can you, for the benefit of the rest of FXCM (mine as well) can you please express your concerns in this thread https://[nexusfi.com/showthread.php?t=26336

Thanks

Chris, I am not an elite member so I believe I wont have access to that thread.
But you are right, this is really alarming.

Even in my dreams, I didn't expect this to happen.
And now that this had happened, I now believe what others are saying bad things about this broker.

With no warnings and reason for the termination - and with no replies to my emails, I can only suspect that once they see that you already devised a pattern for consistent profitable trades, they will cut you off immediately.
