The tides changed at least temporarily . That test of 3300 from below gave way handily and price has closed well above it now . If it closes above the pink line here , the february low , then its all out bull time . Ill trade what comes my way and see where that ends up .
I am no expert in CDV, but as I learn more about it I wanted to start a thread to discuss trade ideas. If you see me making mistakes in my analysis, by all means let me know.

But briefly, ticks measures how many trades are 'hitting the bid' or 'hitting the ask' whereas volume measures the size of those trades. @FulcrumTrader goes over it in detail in his webinars on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT), but the way I think of it is like so: ticks is the 'pressure' or intensity, how badly the market is trying to move a certain way. But volume is how much support the move has behind it.
The big move before NY close was all about a recapitalisation of european banks.
If it comes, it will take endless time...

A third push up is possible. But I dont think so. Watch the trend line.
I trade only for quick little 16/32 tick moves. The move yesterday (especially in the ES) was too much and had also a reason in preventing from bear market...
We will see how much pressure the Italian downgrade will bring.
